Narrative:
V-1 was traveling west on Taylor Rd. V-1 failed to stop for a stop
sign at the intersection with Guava Drive.. V-1 traveled across
Guava Drive and onto its west shoulder.V-1 struck a sign post and
traveled into a deep ditch. The driver of V-1 was not wearing a
seatbelt and sustained fatal injuries. There was a motorcycle stored
inside the van that was not secured, but it does not appear to have
been the cause of the fatality. The crash remains under
investigation. The driver is an adult male.

POI Images fatal auto accident.: March 6, 2008 at around 8 PM Guava and Taylor Road West of CR 415 Van went off the road into a ditch and its cargo of a motorcycle came forward onto the driver. Male driver expired at the scene of the accident.

I heard that the driver had minor injuries. Oil or diesel fuel might have been leaking from the truck.

Taylor Road, west bound near the Spruce Creek Fly In.
Traffic had been stopped or backed up due to paving
on the roadway near the Fly In. The vehicle with
the front end damage struck two vehicles.
I heard that there were two injured.
