V-1 was northbound on S.R. 15 in excess of the posted 60 mph limit.
D-1 failed to negotiate a slight curve to the left, causing V-1 to
drive onto the east shoulder. D-1 steered back to the left as the
right side of V-1 struck a concrete culvert and a mailbox. V-1
traveled back across the roadway and was overcorrected back to the
right by D-1 as V-1 entered the west grass shoulder. V-1 slid
sideways on the grass shoulder to where it overturned toward the
left side, causing D-1 to be ejected from the vehicle onto the
shoulder.
